The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing high-impact growth strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and customer advocacy. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Head of Growth Marketing will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of growth marketing, across strategic planning, campaign execution, and performance monitoring.**Key Responsibilities****Strategic Leadership:*** Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategy for EverHealth portfolio across acquisition, expansion, and advocacy.* Lead and scale a high-velocity growth marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.* Manage strategic agency partnerships to execute scalable growth marketing programs across inbound and outbound channels.* Partner closely with key stakeholders across commercial and cross-functional teams, ensuring strategic marketing alignment with EverHealth business objectives.**Customer Acquisition and Retention:*** Design and implement comprehensive customer acquisition strategies to increase market share with ICP buying personas.* Oversee creation and execution of integrated campaigns across inbound and outbound channels, including paid digital, organic (SEO+AEO), social media, email and events.* Develop and execute partner marketing initiatives including co-branded campaigns, webinars, marketplace promotions, and partner-driven lead generation programs.* Develop and refine inbound marketing programs to attract and engage prospects, including creation of high-value content and experiences that resonate with our target audiences.* Own outbound campaign calendar including audience targeting, data strategy, messaging, and coordination with sales and revenue operations teams.* Develop and implement customer expansion and retention strategies to increase customer lifetime value (CLV) and reduce churn.* Partner with Product Marketing to ensure strategic alignment to EverHealth ICPs, buying personas and messaging frameworks across all campaign channels.**Performance and Analytics:*** Track and report on key marketing metrics, including TOF/MOF conversion rates, marketing attributed revenue, cost per lead, customer engagement, and brand sentiment.* Measure and report on the effectiveness of integrated campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed, remaining within allocated marketing budget.* Analyze market trends and customer data to identify and forecast new acquisition and expansion opportunities.* Continuously test and optimize marketing strategies to improve performance and drive sustainable growth.**Innovation and Thought Leadership:*** Drive adoption of AI-powered marketing strategies, tools, and workflows to enhance campaign execution, audience targeting, and digital visibility.* Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging marketing technologies to ensure EverHealth remains at the forefront of marketing innovation.**Qualifications****Education:*** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
