We're looking for someone who thinks like a growth architect: part marketer, part analyst, part product strategist. This is a role for someone who loves experimentation, velocity, storytelling, and figuring out what actually drives growth.


In this role, you'll represent Marketing at the leadership level while partnering with Acquisition, Usage, Retention, and Traveler Experience teams to optimize the full customer journey, from first click to repeat traveler. You'll lead rapid-fire testing across paid media, SEO/AEO, lifecycle marketing, landing pages, product experiences, and customer journeys, collaborating closely with teams across marketing, product, and customer experience.

This role reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Own the growth strategy to drive acquisition, usage, retention, and referral performance
  • Oversee and analyze high-impact growth experiments
  • Owning the paid media strategy across Meta, Google, affiliates, and emerging channels
  • Using customer and behavioral data to uncover growth opportunities
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to improve the full traveler journey
  • Managing 4-6 team members, including agencies and external partners
  • Creating new processes to drive short form and long form content creation
  • Finding new content creators and affiliates
  • Helping build scalable marketing systems and workflows


What We're Looking For

  • 7 to 10 years in growth or product marketing
  • Strong hands-on experience with Meta + Google Ads (Tik Tok experience a plus)
  • A sharp analytical mindset paired with creative problem-solving
  • Someone who moves quickly, tests intelligently, and learns constantly
  • A bias toward action and comfort making decisions in fast-moving environments
  • Curiosity around emerging technologies, platforms, and marketing trends
  • Experience helping travel, e-commerce or consumer brands scale through meaningful growth stages is required.
