United Smart Tech isa leading uBreakiFix franchise group across the U.S. United Smart Tech operates 30+ repair locations across 5 states, building strong teams, consistent service, and a company culture that keeps technicians growing.


Position Overview
The Finance Director is responsible for strategic financial leadership and oversees all accounting, finance, and reporting activities across the organization. This role partners with executive leadership to drive financial performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and guide business decisions.



Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve organizational goals
  • Lead the finance team, including managers and senior staff
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
  • Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Provide insights to executive leadership to support strategic initiatives
  • Participate in M&A, investments, and major financial projects as needed
