Job description

Our client is looking to fill the role of CFO/Group Finanace Director. You will be reporting to the global CFO who is based in the London HQ, the CFO/Group Finance Director role has recently been created to help the continued growth in the US market. The region generates 50% of the agencies revenues and combined with the continued scale up of the group that is P/E backed, leadership are keen to be $100m+ in revenues from organic and acquisitional growth. This role will impact the overall finance & accounting function, global strategy, high level board reporting, internal controls and leading and mentoring a best in class team.
  • NYC - 4 days a week in office
  • $275,000 - $325,000 + bonus + equity + benefits
  • Advertising/Branding/Design
Responsibilities:
  • Head and lead the Finance & Accounting function and lead the global group owning month end, year end and statutory reporting for the US, UK, EU and APAC regions
  • Lead all integration of acquisitions into the agency ecosystem, aligning reporting standards, migrating ERP systems and embedding commercial KPI's
  • Support Group CFO with all investor requirements and board reporting
  • Responsible for all treasury/working capital management for the multi national footprint of the group
  • Transition the finance function from a retrospective to forward looking best in class team providing insights, project based revenue forecasting, KPI's
  • Champion internal control improvement to support a high growth environment ensuring the function remains audit ready and scalable
Required Qualifications:
  • CPA , CMA, ACA or CIMA qualified
  • 12+ years experience within Advertising, Marketing Services or Creative agencies
  • Experience working for a PE back company desired
