Sales Executive Grocery Cash Management & ATM Solutions 

Location: Remote (U.S. based preferred) 

Position Summary 

We are seeking a results driven Senior Sales Executive with 5+ years' experience in grocery supply industry, to expand our footprint in retail grocery outlets.

This role is focused on delivering efficient, end to end cash management solutions for grocery operators, including: 

  • ATM placement and management 
  • Cash recyclers and smart safes 
  • Cash logistics and vaulting coordination 

The ideal candidate understands the financial and operational challenges within the grocery industry, has connections and success selling goods and/or services to the industry, and can position our solutions as critical infrastructure for compliant and efficient cash handling.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Identify and close new business with Grocery companies and Multistate operators (MSOs)
  • Sell ATM and cash automation solutions that improve security, compliance, and operational efficiency 
  • Develop tailored proposals addressing: 
  • High cash volumes 

Limited banking access 

  • Regulatory compliance requirements 
  • Build relationships with owners, operators, compliance officers, and finance leaders 
  • Partner with internal teams to design cash management programs including: 
  • Cash pickup and logistics (CIT) 
  • Cash forecasting and reporting 
  • Equipment deployment (ATMs, recyclers, safes) 
  • Maintain strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline 
  • Stay informed on evolving consolidation and industry leads 

Required Qualifications 

  • 5 years of B2B sales experience in the grocery industry
  • Existing network/relationships with grocery operators or ancillary service providers
  • Proven ability to sell into the grocery industry

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Strong consultative sales approach with ability to navigate a multilevel decision process
  • Demonstrated success closing mid to large scale deals
  • Understanding of cash logistics or armored carrier coordination
  • Cash handling technology (recyclers, smart safes)
  • Understanding of KYC AML considerations 
  • Cashless ATM or alternative payment models
