Overview:ย 

The Pickle Juice Company is a fast-growing functional beverage company based in Mesquite, Texas.ย ย Weโ€™reย scaling our presence in the grocery channel and looking for a Business Development Manager โ€“ Grocery who livesย for landingย new accounts andย turningย opportunity into distribution. Roles and Responsibilities:ย 

  • Secure new grocery accounts (regional & national)ย 

  • Lead buyer presentations, newย itemย sell ins, and line reviews.ย ย 

  • Own the new business pipeline from prospecting to onboarding.ย 

  • Work closely with brokers and distributors to accelerate growth.ย ย 

  • Build strong buyer relationships rooted in credibility and execution.ย 

  • Represent the brand at buyer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.ย ย 

  • Expectation of new accounts opened and authorized.ย 

  • Expanded points of distribution and incremental revenue.ย ย 

  • A healthy, active pipeline with consistent wins.ย ย 

  • A reputation as someone who closes deals and brings solutions.ย ย 

Qualifications:ย 

  • 5+ years of CPG sales or business development experience.ย ย 

  • Provenย track recordย of winning new grocery accounts.ย 

  • Direct experience selling into grocery retailers.ย 

  • Strong understanding of broker & distributor models.ย 

  • Confident leading buyer conversations and negotiations.ย 

  • Self-starter with a hunter mindset.ย 

  • Beverage or functional food experience is a plus.ย ย

Salary:ย Competitive compensation with quarterly performance bonus, $115Kย base + 25% bonus.ย ย
