Job description

United States | Remote | Heavy Customer Travel

We are seeking a senior enterprise sales professional to drive complex, high-value commercial relationships across the US retail market for an AI-powered growth and data infrastructure platform.

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on individual-contributor role for someone who can open strategic accounts, navigate C-level relationships, and close complex enterprise opportunities involving data, technology, growth, and organizational alignment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and close a pipeline of large enterprise opportunities across grocery, QSR, and major retail organizations.
  • Develop relationships with senior executives including CEOs, CTOs, CMOs, digital leaders, and growth executives.
  • Lead technically complex enterprise sales processes involving data, engineering, marketing, and executive stakeholders.
  • Use an existing industry network to create high-quality customer conversations early in the sales cycle.
  • Develop land-and-expand opportunities across large strategic accounts.
  • Own the sales process directly from initial relationship through commercial close.
  • Travel frequently for customer meetings and strategic opportunities.
Required Qualifications
  • Approximately 5 to 10 years of relevant enterprise sales, commercial, ecommerce, digital, growth, or retail operating experience.
  • Deep, demonstrable experience within grocery, QSR, large retail, or closely related consumer sectors.
  • An active professional network with senior decision-makers in relevant retail organizations.
  • Experience with large enterprise contracts, ideally including seven-figure transactions.
  • Ability to sell complex data and technology infrastructure rather than relying on a simple product demonstration.
  • Comfort operating as a hands-on individual contributor with high levels of ownership.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently for customer opportunities.
Relevant Candidate Backgrounds
  • Enterprise sales at retail-data, martech, ecommerce, or consumer-technology companies.
  • Enterprise commercial roles serving grocery, QSR, retail, or marketplace customers.
  • Former heads or directors of ecommerce, digital, growth, or loyalty within major retail organizations who are interested in moving into a commercial role.
  • Retail-focused consulting professionals who transitioned into commercial or revenue-generating roles.
Candidate Profile

This role is designed for a senior commercial operator who still wants to personally open doors and close business. It is not a people-management-first opportunity and is best suited to candidates motivated by direct ownership of strategic revenue.

Work Arrangement

This position is remote within the United States, with New York, Atlanta, Chicago, and Los Angeles considered particularly relevant commercial hubs. Significant customer travel is expected.

Work Authorization

Candidates must already have authorization to work in the United States.
