Responsibilities

  • Travel throughout assigned service areas to locate and retrieve shopping carts.
  • Inspect carts and complete minor repairs using standard hand and power tools.
  • Keep company vehicles, tools, and equipment clean and organized.
  • Identify damaged carts or equipment and report issues to management.
  • Follow all company safety guidelines and operational procedures.
  • Assist with additional duties as needed to support daily operations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum age of 21 with a valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving history.
  • Must successfully complete a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in changing weather conditions.
  • Able to safely lift and move up to 50 pounds.
  • Experience using basic hand and power tools.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior experience in field service, route work, inventory recovery, customer service, or similar hands-on roles is preferred but not required.
