Job description

Rainbow Companies is seeking a talented designer to join our Creative Services team. This position may be filled at either the Graphic Designer or Senior Graphic Designer level based on the selected candidate's experience, portfolio, and demonstrated capabilities. You will work closely with our in-house creative services and marketing strategy teams to produce compelling visual campaigns that support business objectives across all Rainbow divisions. You will be responsible for implementing the creative vision and strategy into each campaign through visual storytelling. The ideal candidate is a strong visual communicator with a compelling portfolio, a customer-centered design approach, and the ability to translate business objectives into engaging creative solutions. Senior-level candidates may also bring experience leading projects from concept through execution and providing creative guidance to others.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Create print and digital marketing materials including catalogs, advertising, social media graphics, sales collateral, trade show materials, and digital campaigns
  • Develop compelling visual storytelling solutions for both B2B and B2C audiences
  • Collaborate with marketing strategists, copywriters, photographers, videographers, and stakeholders
  • Ensure all creative deliverables meet brand standards and business objectives
  • Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards
  • Coordinate print production and vendor relationships
  • Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies

Senior-Level Responsibilities:

  • Lead creative development of integrated marketing campaigns

Required Qualifications (all candidates):

  • 5+ years of professional graphic design experience
