Overview

QBE, LLC is seeking an Admin Support/Graphic Artist to support the US Army Comprehensive Modernization (COMPMOD) program. The program delivers end-to-end EFIS&T services, including survey and design through installation, security, and testing. This work spans NIPR and SIPR networks, Wi-Fi, VoIP, ISP/OSP infrastructure, and voice modernization across Army installations.

We are seeking an Admin Support/Graphic Artist to provide general administrative and visual communications support to the program team. This role helps organize meetings, materials, trackers, and documentation while also supporting the production of polished graphics and presentation products.

The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable supporting both office operations and document or graphic production. Public role descriptions for similar positions commonly combine calendar and meeting support, document formatting, presentation development, and use of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

Provide routine administrative support to program and functional teams

Coordinate meetings, calendars, notes, action items, and document routing

Prepare, format, and update presentations, charts, graphics, and other visual materials

Maintain files, trackers, templates, and office records

Support production of reports, briefings, handouts, and customer-ready materials

Help collect and organize inputs from multiple stakeholders for final products

Assist with travel, visit support, onboarding materials, and other office tasks as needed

Ensure documents and graphics are accurate, consistent, and professionally formatted

Requirements

Required Experience/Qualifications

3+ years relevant experience (e.g., administrative support, document production, graphic support, or a related area)

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook

Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools

Strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and support a fast-paced team environment


Special Requirements/Security Clearance

Active Secret clearance


Preferred Experience/Qualifications

Experience supporting a government contractor, federal customer, or technical program office

Experience creating executive briefings, infographics, or customer-facing materials
