Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, organize, and facilitate engaging recreational activities and entertainment for residents on weekends

- Foster a warm, welcoming environment that feels like home and promotes social interaction

- Motivate and inspire residents to participate in activities that enhance their well-being and quality of life

- Collaborate with team members to develop new activity ideas tailored to residents' interests and needs

- Ensure the safety and comfort of residents during activities and outings

- Maintain activity supplies and ensure the activity area is clean and inviting


Skills and Qualifications:

- Genuine enthusiasm for working with seniors and enhancing their daily experiences

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Creativity and ability to develop engaging activity plans

- Reliable and committed to working weekends (Saturdays and Sundays from 9 am to 5 pm)

- Previous experience in recreational therapy, activities, or a related field is preferred
