Key Responsibilities:

- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility

- Monitor and record residents' health status and report any changes to the nursing team

- Administer medications and treatments as directed by healthcare providers

- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents

- Foster a warm, respectful, and engaging atmosphere for seniors

- Comply with all facility policies, procedures, and safety standards


Skills and Qualifications:

- Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Medical Technician (Med Tech), or relevant care staff qualification

- Prior experience working with seniors in a healthcare setting preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents' needs

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
