Care Staff And Med Techs - Memory Care

Join the compassionate team at Grand Villa of Deland, where we are dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our senior residents. We are currently seeking caring and dedicated individuals to become part of our Grand Villa Family. If you are passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of seniors and are interested in advancing your career in healthcare and assisted living, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
  • Administer medications and monitor residents' health status (Med Techs preferred)
  • Assist with daily activities and ensure a safe, comfortable environment
  • Document resident care and report any changes or concerns to the nursing team
  • Support residents in maintaining their independence and dignity
  • Participate in rotating weekend shifts and work some holidays as required
Skills And Qualifications:
  • Compassionate and patient-oriented attitude
  • Ability to work the second shift from 2pm to 10pm
  • Flexibility to work some weekends and holidays
  • Prior experience in healthcare, assisted living, or senior care preferred
  • Med Tech certification is preferred but not required; training may be provided
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and maintain confidentiality
