As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring that our guestrooms, public spaces, and back-of-the-house areas are always in top shape, making our property a welcoming and comfortable place for all who visit. What will I be doing?

  • Basic drywall, painting/staining and wall vinyl repairs
  • Maintain all guestroom and public space equipment 
  • Complete planned scheduled preventative maintenance.
  • Replace faulty plumbing components. 
  • Detailed record keeping
  • Assist other maintenance staff on special projects as directed by leadership

What are we looking for?

  • 6 months to 1-year related experience. 
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Can easily climb stairs and work on ladders up to 30 feet, push/pull up to 80 lbs, lift/carry up to 50 lbs.

Compensation: 15.00 - 15.50 hr based on experience
