Dietitian Graduate – Pediatric Clinical Opportunities

  • Location: Corpus Christi, TX
  • Relocation Assistance Available
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We’re hiring Dietitian Graduates in:

  • High-Risk Outpatient Clinic (ages 0–3)
  • Clinical Nutrition (up to age 21)
  • Inpatient (PICU & general floors)
  • Outpatient (Endocrinology/Diabetes)


What You’ll Do

  • Work alongside Registered Dietitians in a clinical setting
  • Provide nutrition assessments, education, and support to patients & families
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
  • Build skills and confidence as you transition to an RD role

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s (or higher) in Nutrition or related field (ACEND-accredited program)
  • Completed Dietetic Internship + Verification Statement
  • Registration eligible (CDR exam)
  • Interest in pediatrics (experience preferred, not required)
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred


Requirements After Hire

  • Schedule RD exam within 30 days
  • Obtain RD/RDN credential within 1 year
  • Obtain Texas licensure after credentialing
  • BLS + Food Safety certification within 90 days
