Job description

Summary
Our Purpose
We do more than facilitate home sales-we serve as a trusted local resource for military families making important decisions from across the country.
You know how to close a transaction. You've handled complex negotiations, inspection surprises, and last-minute lender questions. What you may be looking for now is a client base that truly aligns with your experience.
Our team focuses on PCS relocations to Randolph AFB, Schertz, Cibolo, and Bulverde. We understand VA loan requirements, BAH considerations, commute times, base access, and the neighborhoods affected by flight paths. This specialized market offers a consistent flow of leads and the opportunity to build lasting relationships with families who continue to refer friends and colleagues over the years.
If you're ready to move beyond the traditional corporate real estate environment-with its constant turnover, leaderboard competition, and price-driven battles-this is an opportunity to work in a more purposeful and supportive setting.
Imagine your next career move with greater focus, meaning, and direction.
Based in San Antonio, Homefront United Realty is committed to supporting military members through PCS relocations, VA purchases, retirement transitions, and long-distance moves. We are not a brokerage that expects you to figure everything out on your own. We provide established systems, effective technology, a recognizable brand, and dependable operational support. You bring your real estate expertise; we provide the specialized focus and resources to help you succeed.
Responsibilities
  • Graduate from PLACE Launch
  • Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
  • Guide clients through VA loan eligibility, lender coordination, and the military-specific buying and selling process
  • Develop knowledge of base proximity, BAH, commute realities, and school zones relevant to JBSA, Randolph, and Lackland
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
  • Conduct two open houses monthly
  • Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
  • Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging, and other listing related services
Qualifications
Who You Are:
  • You've Closed Deals: One to eight years in the business. You've proven you can convert, and you're ready to stop reinventing yourself with every new client.
  • You Get the Life - Or You Want To: Military spouse, veteran, or brat is a plus, not a requirement. What matters is that you genuinely care about serving this community well. If you don't know what a PCS move feels like yet, you will.
  • You Explain Hard Things Well: VA loans confuse people. So do appraisals, BAH, and the gap between what a house costs and what a family can carry. You're patient with all of it.
  • You're Comfortable Working Remotely With Clients: Virtual tours, video calls, buyers who may not set foot in Texas before they make an offer.
  • You Want Independence With Structure: Not isolation. Not micromanagement.

Familiarity with VA loans is a plus - if you don't know them well yet, you must be willing to learn them thoroughly.
To apply, please send us a short note about why you love serving military families and your favorite local gem in San Antonio.
About-our-team
Who We Are: We are a high-producing team of military spouses and veterans who believe in honest, local insight over a polished sales pitch. We work hard and support each other.
Why Join Us:
  • A Niche That Works: We aren't "stuffy" agents. We have a clear brand and a dedicated lead source of military clients who already trust our expertise.
  • A Supportive Crew: You'll join a team that understands when your spouse is deployed or when life gets "military messy."
  • Training & Systems: We have the frameworks and relocation guides ready to go - we just need you to bring the heart and the hustle.
