About the Job
The ideal candidate will help coordinate facility service requests for a government contract supporting Army locations. This position requires strong communication with government site contacts, subcontractors to ensure work is scheduled, monitored, documented, and completed properly.
The coordinator must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple service requests while following contract and documentation requirements.
This is not a remote position. It is located in DFW.
Responsibilities
Type: Clerical and coordination position—100% in-house.
Receive incoming service requests by phone, email, and portal and enter them into the system.
Work with existing subcontractors to schedule, monitor, and complete jobs.
Communicate job updates to government site contacts.
Enter accurate status updates and completion information into the system.
Collect required photos, estimates, invoices, and completion documentation.
Help ensure subcontractors follow government contract, site access, safety, and documentation requirements.
Maintain accurate and timely records for all assigned service requests.
Understand basic commercial facility maintenance practices.
Manage multiple service requests and priorities at the same time.
Qualifications
Previous coordinator experience preferred.
Previous government or government contract experience preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
Able to learn and follow government contract requirements and processes.
Ability to multitask and follow through is a must.
Compensation
$60,000 per year
