Job Title :  OneStream / Workday Consultant

Location: Mclean, VA / Richmond, VA

Core Responsibilities:

Data Source Conversion:

○ Convert existing OneStream CubeViews to align with the new Workday ERP data structures and the rebuilt XStream application (85% of items)

○ Convert existing FinSight queries to align with the new Workday ERP data structures (15% of items)

● Data Transformation & Calculation Integration: Link remediated Data Sources to Google Sheets to facilitate data transformations, calculations, and the creation of comprehensive tables and charts.

● Reporting & Presentation Integration: Establish dynamic links between created tables and charts in Google Sheets and final Google Slide decks to ensure accurate and up-to-date reporting for stakeholders.

● Collaborate with FP&A Central team members and LOBs to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

● Troubleshoot and resolve any data integrity or linking issues that may arise during the remediation process.

● Support Testing & Go-live: Provide support to the FP&A team as part of User Acceptance Testing and go-live activities.

Required Expertise:

● OneStream Financial Planning Software: Proven expertise in the OneStream financial planning software suite, including CubeView design, data retrieval, and reporting functionalities.

● Google Suite Proficiency: Strong familiarity and hands-on experience with Google Sheets (advanced formulas, data manipulation, charting) and Google Slides (linking and presentation development).

Desired Expertise:

● Experience with ERP modernization projects, particularly in a financial context, is highly desirable.

● Snowflake/SQL Proficiency: A small number of items may retrieve data from Snowflake Tables

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong problem-solving and communication skills
