RH is seeking a Distribution Center Lead who is accountable for developing a high-energy, driven team that is passionate and determined to deliver Quality. This role will assist in directing the operations of the warehouse team to achieve prescribed objectives and assure the integrity of the inventory.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Live Our Vision, Values and Beliefs every day
  • Train and develop Distribution Center team to properly handle and organize product in keeping with RH standards
  • Coach associates to achieve productivity standards and policy adherence
  • Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area ensuring the warehouse is consistently safe and free of debris
  • Conduct operations in a manner which promotes safety and in accordance with federal, state, and local laws
  • Assist Leadership in planning working schedules throughout departments
  • Work in partnership with the Operations Director to establish department and individual goals
  • Assume responsibility of departmental goals and participate in achieving these goals on a daily basis

OUR REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong understanding of inventory flow
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proven ability to motivate, influence and inspire yourself and others 
  • Strong systems knowledge and a commitment to Quality with exceptional attention to detail 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel skills preferred)
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to consistently lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
  • Position entails prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending and climbing
