Job description

Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in enterprise technology and cloud/hybrid/hardware sales.
  • Experience in AI infrastructure sales with the US Federal Government.
  • Experience leading agreements, requiring cross-functional coordination and C-suite management.
  • Must possess an active Top Secret/SCI security clearance with current polygraph.

Preferred qualifications:
  • MBA degree.
  • Experience operating in a changing work environment, along with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in business development, consulting or business in the technology industry, promoting Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS), Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS), or accelerated compute hardware sales.
  • Experience working across multiple organizations to drive initiatives to resolution.
  • Knowledge of AI Natives with an understanding of the emerging Generative-AI industry tech stack.
  • Understanding of GCP's AI Infrastructure offerings, engaged advantages, and market dynamics.

About the job
In this role, you will drive exponential business growth for Google Public Sector through AI Infrastructure partnerships and customer engagements across Google Public Sector's Federal Go-To-Market (GTM) segments and verticals. Your leadership will require collaboration with field business, AI Infrastructure technical specialists, capacity, product, engineering, and finance to develop and grow long-term AI Infrastructure TPU partnerships and to operate at the C-level both internally and externally. Google Public Sector brings the magic of Google to the mission of government and education with solutions purpose-built for enterprises. We focus on helping United States public sector institutions accelerate their digital transformations, and we continue to make significant investments and grow our team to meet the complex needs of local, state and federal government and educational institutions.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $138000 - $201000 (USD) 100% bonus target bonus equity benefits

Responsibilities
  • Drive and grow the AI Infra business for Google Cloud through new, expanded, or accelerated TPU/GPU partnerships and strategic customer engagements across Google Public Sector's Federal customers.
  • Drive Go-to-market and commercial initiatives to accelerate short and long-term growth for Google's AI Infrastructure business.
  • Develop and implement regional/industry specific Go-to-Market strategies jointly with the broader AI Infrastructure team in a cross-functional collaboration.
  • Build trusted relationships with the C-suite of Google Public Sector's most strategic AI Infrastructure customers, collaborate on long-term strategic direction, and serve as a business partner.
  • Serve as thought leader and advisor to Google Cloud's executive management and represent Google Public Sector externally in industry, customer, and partner events.
