Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and execution-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead the development and orchestration of our annual marketing calendar within a fast-growing health and wellness e-commerce environment. This role will translate business priorities into integrated, customer‑centric campaigns that drive engagement, conversion, and long‑term loyalty. You will partner closely with merchandising, global channel teams, and regional marketing teams to bring key health and wellness initiatives to life, ensuring seamless execution across all digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage the annual marketing calendar, aligning with key health and wellness moments, product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional events.
  • Partner with merchandising teams to identify category priorities (e.g., supplements, beauty, sports nutrition, wellness essentials) and translate them into compelling marketing plans.
  • Collaborate with global channel teams (paid media, CRM/email, social, affiliates, on‑site) and regional marketing teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
  • Lead integrated campaign planning and execution across all digital channels, ensuring consistency in messaging and a seamless customer experience.
  • Act as the central point of coordination across cross‑functional teams, managing timelines, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure flawless execution.
  • Partner with Business Intelligence to monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data and insights to optimize future marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with brand standards, regulatory considerations, and customer trust expectations within the health and wellness space.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance cross‑team collaboration, and scale marketing operations effectively.

  • Deep understanding of e‑commerce marketing levers, including promotions, lifecycle marketing, and digital channels.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align teams globally.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Technical & Platform Proficiency
