Job Summary:
Google is a leader in cloud technology, and they are seeking a Manager of Business Program Management for Sales Excellence. In this role, you will lead a team to drive the transformation of Go To Market Sales teams, focusing on maximizing consumption business and collaborating with cross-functional partners.
Responsibilities:
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Program Managers, driving the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects aligned with top consumption priorities.
• Manage a portfolio of strategic projects specifically designed to shift sales behaviors toward consumption and revenue value realization.
• Communicate effectively with executive clients, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional team members to ensure alignment on program goals and deliverables.
• Identify, track, and mitigate program risks and operational bottlenecks that could impact consumption business goals.
• Leverage business acumen and investigative insights to guide decision-making, solve complex field problems, and optimize sales processes.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience in program management, sales operations, or business strategy within a cloud or enterprise software environment.
• Experience managing and developing a team of program managers or operational professionals.
Preferred:
• Master's degree in Business Administration, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in working with a range of functional domains (e.g., engineering/user experience/product, finance, policy/legal, marketing, communications) and/or experience in consulting.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering cross-functional transformation programs that scale field productivity.
• Deep understanding of consumption-based or subscription business models and GTM sales cycles.
• Ability to build partnerships with leaders and their teams across Google.
• Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
