Description
TEKsystems is looking for a Program Manager for a end to end Google Cloud Platform migration. The ideal candidate will have experience migrating from a Azure to Google Cloud Platform platform. The pay for this role is negotiable based on the candidate's experience.
REMOTE - working CST hours. Travel to Midwest one a month likely.
SUMMARY OF POSITION:
This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for driving a complex, multi-year enterprise transformation program focused on migrating a global organization from Microsoft technologies to the Google ecosystem. The Program Manager will lead the overall strategy, governance, execution, and adoption efforts for initiatives including Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace migration,Azure to Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) transformation, security modernization, enterprise application migrations, and large-scale organizational change management.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading a 2-3 year enterprise transformation program from initiation through stabilization and optimization
Driving executive governance, steering committees, stakeholder alignment, and enterprise communications
Managing Microsoft 365, Azure AD/Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive migrations to Google Workspace and Google Cloud Platform solutions
Overseeing Google Security Operations (Chronicle), IAM modernization, Zero Trust initiatives, and security transformation programs
Managing program budgets exceeding $10M, vendor relationships, resource
planning, and financial governance
Coordinating large, geographically distributed teams and multiple concurrent workstreams while ensuring business continuity and risk mitigation
5+ years managing cloud migration and modernization initiatives
Experience delivering large-scale programs valued at $10M+ with teams of 50+
resources
Experience leading Microsoft-to-Google migrations, cloud security modernization initiatives, or large collaboration platform transformations involving thousands of users would be especially valuable.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $76.00 - $86.00/hr.
