Program Manager, Global Scaled Partner Programs

As a Senior Program Manager for the Global Scaled Partner programs team, you will drive the design, operationalization, and continuous evolution of strategic ecosystem initiatives that accelerate Google Cloud market adoption. This role requires a unique combination of strategic thinking, executive stakeholder engagement, and relentless operational execution. You will own the blueprints for global programs that scale partner capabilities and accelerate the customer adoption lifecycle. The intersection of strategic ecosystem scaling and operational execution, you will take a global perspective to drive multi-year business growth and platform adoption. You will own the end-to-end administration of strategic global programs, balancing high-level stakeholder management with a sharp eye for detail and program Return on Investment (ROI). Operating in a rapidly changing industry, you will bridge the gap between executive strategy and field execution leveraging data to evaluate program health, optimize investments, and ensure our partners have the capabilities required to solve our customers most critical business problems.

Responsibilities:

  • Architect scalable, global frameworks for strategic partner initiatives by defining end-to-end program mechanics, compliance guardrails, and commercial success criteria.
  • Lead day-to-day operations and program execution across the partner lifecycle, establishing rigorous governance models to monitor regional execution and tracking capability milestones.
  • Orchestrate collaboration between partners, GTM leadership, and key internal stakeholders including product, engineering, and finance to systematically resolve delivery blockers.
  • Optimize scaled programs dynamically by continuously evaluating changing market conditions and technological advancements to deliver sustained, long-term business impact.
  • Deliver structured performance updates, analytical insights, and critical market trends to executive leadership and field teams to ensure strategic alignment.
