Product Owner - Application Development & Technology Migration (Contract)
Location: Hybrid - Onsite at Basking Ridge, NJ 07920 (Tuesdays & Thursdays), remote on remaining days
Duration: Long-Contract!W2
About the Role
We're seeking a Product Owner with strong technical acumen and experience in large-scale technology migrations. This role is ideal for someone who can bridge the gap between business needs and engineering execution, driving modernization efforts across complex enterprise systems. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to define requirements, guide solution architecture, and ensure successful delivery of application development initiatives.
What You'll Do
  • Act as a Product Owner, translating business needs into clear, actionable engineering requirements.
  • Lead and support large-scale technology migration efforts, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to understand technical constraints and capabilities.
  • Evaluate existing technologies from a business perspective to determine fit and future direction.
  • Contribute to solution architecture discussions, helping shape scalable and maintainable systems.
  • Work with tools and platforms such as Pega, Google B2B products, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and full-stack development environments.
  • Support application development initiatives with a focus on modernization and transformation.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of application development technologies (e.g., Java, .NET, UI frameworks).
  • Familiarity with software development tools and platforms, including Pega, AEM, and Google enterprise products.
