Job Summary:
Prosper AI is building advanced conversational AI agents for the healthcare industry, with offices in New York and Barcelona. They are seeking an AI Product Manager to ensure the success of AI agents across client workflows, managing deployments, performance, and client relationships.
Responsibilities:
• Own a portfolio of AI agent designs and deployments and their business impact
• Act as the GM of your accounts, with responsibility for the commercial success of your agents, performance, expansion, and ARR growth across your accounts
• Define priorities, success metrics, and rollout strategy for each deployment
• Analyze performance data, identify issues, and drive improvements quickly
• Work directly with customers to understand workflows, identify new opportunities and solve operational pain points
• Partner with engineering, product, and operations to ship and scale improvements
• Build repeatable playbooks and processes across deployments
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Maths, Physics, Economics or a similarly rigorous technical field
• Strong track record in project management, product deployment, operations, or management consulting, ideally in high-performance environments (eg. high-growth startup, mbb, investment banking)
• Hands-on experience building/designing software solutions and enough technical depth to work autonomously with engineers, data, and implementation details
• Outstanding analytical skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous problems, diagnose root causes, and drive practical solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence both technical and business stakeholders that includes client’s c-suite.
• For people management, proven leadership ability, with experience leading projects, mentoring others, or managing high-performing teams
