Job description

Administrative Assistant – $18.10/hr W2 – Phoenix Hybrid – 1-Year Contract

SunSoft Online is hiring an Administrative Assistant for a public-sector organization in Phoenix. This is a full-time, one-year contract with a hybrid schedule: approximately 3 days onsite and 2 days remote per week.

The work:

  • Answer and route incoming calls and provide customer service
  • Process mail, correspondence, and incoming documents
  • Data entry, filing, scanning, and electronic records management
  • Maintain contact lists, supplies, and employee equipment inventory
  • Process forms and administrative requests
  • Organize and rename electronic files
  • Assist with moving files between Microsoft and Google platforms
  • Review forms, documentation, and web links for accuracy
  • Provide general administrative support to multiple teams

Required:

  • High school diploma
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Administrative/clerical experience
  • Data entry and records/document management skills
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
Position details:
$18.10/hr W2
Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
Hybrid: approximately 3 days onsite / 2 days remote
