Job Title: Paid Media Manager

- Develop and execute paid media strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives.
- Manage end-to-end campaigns across LinkedIn Campaign Manager (primary platform), Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (Search & Display), programmatic channels, and industry publication placements.
- Own campaign setup, optimization, A/B testing, audience targeting, budget management, and performance reporting.
- Manage the paid media calendar, coordinating campaign launches and budgets across multiple business lines.
- Create and optimize brand awareness, thought leadership, product marketing, and lead generation campaigns targeting B2B, institutional investor, and high-net-worth audiences.
- Collaborate with creative, content, SEO, and analytics teams to develop compelling ad creative, messaging, and landing page strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
- 5–8 years of hands-on paid media experience in an agency or in-house environment.
- Expert-level experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager (required), plus Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search & Display).
- Proven success managing B2B paid media campaigns from strategy through execution and optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting campaign data and making performance-driven recommendations.
- Ability to write and optimize ad copy for LinkedIn, Meta, and Google campaigns.
- Experience working independently in a fast-paced, project-based or contract environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within investment management, financial services, private wealth, commercial real estate, or real assets industries.
- Understanding of B2B buyer journeys, audience segmentation, and lead generation strategies.
- Experience with Canva and collaborating across cross-functional marketing teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
