We are looking for a Project Superintendent to join our team!  This Full Time Hire position will report to and regularly collaborate with the Operations Manager.

Key Job Duties:

  • Review plans and specifications before Pre-Construction meetings.
  • Attend Pre-Construction meetings
  • Attend lumber meetings with lumber supplier.
  • Manage documents and file sharing in Co-construct and Google Drive.
  • Assist in designing an initial project schedule in Co-Construct. 
  • Review and customize schedule from start to finish during the project.
  • Enter job logs everyday
  • Review exterior door and window orders for accuracy.
  • Lead on-site meetings with clients for electrical walk through and interior trim walk through.
  • Lead on-site meetings with designers, architects and vendors/sub-contractors.
  • Analyze bills once per week and verify product arrived undamaged, correct quantity and correct product.
  • Leader of the entire project from beginning to end.



The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Associates or Bachelors in a related field
  • 5-10 years of experience in residential construction
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office and Google Suites
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license for travel to project sites
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated and team player
  • Strong problem solving skills. Resourceful.
