REPORTS TO
Operations Manager/ NIBCO Manager

JOB SUMMARY
The overall purpose of this position is to assist the NIBCO Manager in seasonal hiring and overall operations of NIBCO Ice and Water Park. This incorporates assisting with the overall business services of the facility including inventory, sales, and cleanliness.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with communications and tracking of on-boarding for all new and rehires
Assist with ordering of equipment and supplies for the facility
Assist with training of other supervisors
Assist with log updates
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Scheduling and operating a facility
Help with inventory and maintenance of equipment
Perform other duties assigned by the NIBCO Manager
Perform other duties assigned by the Operations Manager
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school education, GED, or equivalent required.
Must be a minimum age of 18 years.
Must have valid Driver’s License
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Good verbal and written communication skills.
High school education
Ability to prepare and maintain a variety of records and reports.
Computer skills and knowledge of software programs such as Microsoft Word, Google Sheets, Google Drive, and Microsoft Excel
PHYSICAL, MENTAL, AND VISUAL SKILLS
Must be able to spend several hours on your feet patrolling park staff and patrons
WORKING CONDITIONS
