  • Assist in developing litigation strategy, including discovery, depositions, and trial prep.

  • Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and settlement conferences.

  • Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery.

  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance adjusters.

  • Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure efficient case handling.

Requirements:
  • Licensed to practice law in California.

  • 2 – 5 years of plaintiff personal injury or civil litigation experience.

  • Experience handling settlements and client communication.

  • Exposure to litigation (depositions, discovery, motions), even if not fully independent yet.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Eagerness to grow into a lead litigation role.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with senior attorneys.

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Base Salary: $150,000 – $225,000 (DOE)

  • 401(k) Savings Plan

  • Pet Insurance, Vacation Pay, Sick Pay, Holiday Pay

  • Paid parking at the office or a paid monthly transportation stipend for alternative transportation.

  • Start to accrue vacation and sick days on their first paycheck.

  • No waiting period for holiday pay.
