Responsibilities
  • Provide trademark advice to marketing, product teams, and others throughout the company.
  • Provide legal counsel on trademark intermediary liability issues, including developing removal policies, advising on removal requests, and counseling product teams.
  • Counsel product teams on the deployment, use, and trademark implications of emerging technologies, including generative AI.
  • Review and manage trademark clearance searches. Register Google's trademarks globally.
  • Enforce Google's trademarks around the world and manage contested matters related to trademarks, counterfeits, and domain names.
