Good Labor Jobs is currently recruiting dependable and motivated Line Cooks for Farmington Country Club in Charlottesville, Virginia. This is a great opportunity for candidates with kitchen or food service experience who want to grow in both casual and fine dining environments while working alongside experienced culinary professionals.
Job Summary
Position: Line Cook
Location: Charlottesville, VA
Pay: $18.10 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time / Part-Time
Housing: Available for $100 per week
BASIC ENGLISH REQUIRED
The Line Cook will assist with daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, workstation setup, cooking, cleaning, and maintaining food safety and sanitation standards. This role requires reliability, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Set up, maintain, and break down kitchen workstations
  • Follow daily prep lists and supervisor instructions
  • Prepare food items according to kitchen standards
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work area
  • Attend daily pre-shift meetings
  • Work closely with the culinary team and experienced chefs
