About Project Sand

Project Sand is a women-led national premier golf club in development south of Atlanta. Inspired world-class golf, the club will unite the local community, leaders and innovators from across the country. Project Sand will redefine the modern private club, championship golf course, and luxury destination experience.

The Opportunity

This position will lead membership growth for the Founding Stewards Campaign through its scheduled opening in 2028. The role will continue to expand the club's national presence and community - ideal for a polished, driven professional who excels in relationship-focused, high-touch sales.

Elite Relationship Development and Network Access

Demonstrated success building trusted relationships with high net worth and high-profile individuals. Ability to leverage personal credibility and networks to convene influential audiences and create meaningful access to prospective founding members.

Strategic Convening and Market Activation

Proven ability to design and execute targeted, multi market engagement strategies that position leadership in front of the right individuals. Skilled at creating intimate, high impact environments that foster authentic connection and accelerate membership interest.

High Touch Membership Sales and Conversion

Track record of leading relationship driven sales within a high consideration environment. Experience engaging sophisticated buyers, guiding long decision cycles, and converting values aligned individuals into committed members.

Community Curation and Standards Stewardship

Experience simultaneously driving membership growth while maintaining a clear and consistent standard for admission. Ability to exercise sound judgment in evaluating fit, ensuring alignment with the club’s values, and protecting the integrity and long term quality of the membership community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a membership sales strategy to achieve initiation and dues revenue goals
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships with community partners, women's leadership organizations, and luxury lifestyle brands to drive qualified referrals and board network
  • Build and manage a pipeline of affluent prospects through personal networking, events, and partnerships
  • Lead private dinners, preview events, and national roadshows in key markets (Atlanta, New York, Palm Beach, Dallas, LA, Chicago).
  • Launch the Founders Council Program and collaborate with luxury and strategically-aligned partners.
  • Maintain CRM tracking, reporting, and forecasting to meet or exceed pre-opening targets.

Ideal Candidate

  • 8-10 years' experience in luxury membership, private club, or high-net-worth sales.
  • Strong existing network in Atlanta and at least two national markets.
  • Passion for golf, wellness, and relationship-driven sales.
  • Exceptional communication, presence, and attention to detail.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently.
  • Willingness to travel nationally (20-30%).
