Job Summary:

Duties include providing seamless service at the various golf course touch points: valet area, golf cart staging, practice areas, and on the golf course. This service includes a multitude of tasks such as meeting and greeting guests, cleaning guest golf clubs and golf carts, starting play and monitoring pace of play on the golf course. Guest Services make the first and last impressions on our golfers, making it the most critical position at the facility. 

Job Specifications: 

  • Starting Wage: $20.00/hr - $22.19/hr 
  • Employment Type: Summer Seasonal 2026 
  • Shift Type: Full Time and Part Time hours available
  • Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age 
  • Housing Availability: Yes 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Use of a resort radio as a form of communication with other golf employees.  It is expected that all radio communication will be professional and polite
  • Able to work in a team and be detail oriented
  • Able to lift heavy items, weighing up to 50 pounds, such as two fully equipped golf bags, large boxes or trash/recycling 

Job Requirements: 

  • Valid U.S. Driver’s license – required
  • Able to communicate effectively and professionally in English - required   
  • Previous guest service experience and excellent guest service skills - required   
  • Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays - required
  • Able to work the entire season - required   
  • Dress in company provided uniform while working, pressed/ironed as necessary – required
  • Able to come for an in-person interview – required
  • Golf experience – preferred

The expected pay range is $20.00/hr - $22.19/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
