AccuWeather is expanding its Marketing team and looking a Go-to-Market & Industry Marketing Manager to join its growing team. The Go-to-Market & Industry Marketing Manager supports the execution of AccuWeather's go-to-market strategy across priority industries and strategic growth initiatives. This role partners closely with Sales, Business Development, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to develop industry-specific messaging, customer stories, sales enablement materials, campaigns, webinars, and market-facing programs that accelerate enterprise growth.ย 

The ideal candidate is an execution-oriented marketer who enjoys translating customer insights and business strategy into repeatable go-to-market programs. This individual will help operationalize industry marketing initiatives, support multiple strategic growth priorities, and continuously improve how AccuWeather brings solutions to market.ย 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESย 

Industry Go-to-Market Executionย 

  • Support execution of go-to-market programs across priority industries, including Retail, Manufacturing, Transportation & Logistics, Energy, Insurance, Healthcare, and other strategic growth markets.ย ย 
  • Develop and maintain industry messaging, value propositions, customer stories, and sales collateral.ย ย 
  • Create and maintain industry landing pages, webinars, campaigns, nurture programs, and supporting marketing assets.ย ย 
  • Support industry-specific product launches and commercialization initiatives.ย ย 

Customer & Market Intelligenceย 

  • Conduct customer interviews, market research, and competitive analysis to support go-to-market planning.ย ย 
  • Monitor industry trends, emerging customer needs, buying center evolution, and competitive positioning.ย ย 
  • Translate market insights into messaging, campaign recommendations, and customer-facing content.ย ย 
  • Maintain industry personas, use cases, and supporting documentation.ย ย 

Sales Enablementย 

  • Develop sales plays, battle cards, presentations, customer proof points, and enablement materials.ย ย 
  • Partner with Sales and Business Development to support strategic account planning and executive meetings.ย ย 
  • Ensure customer-facing messaging remains consistent across campaigns, presentations, and outbound programs.ย ย 
  • Support development of case studies, testimonials, and industry-specific success stories.ย ย 

Campaign & Program Executionย 

  • Execute industry webinars, customer panels, conference follow-up campaigns, and thought leadership initiatives.ย ย 
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Creative Services, and Digital Marketing to deliver integrated campaigns.ย ย 
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities supporting strategic growth initiatives.ย ย 
  • Support AI-assisted marketing workflows and identify opportunities to improve campaign execution through automation.ย ย 

Cross-Functional Collaborationย 

  • Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Creative Services.ย ย 
  • Support multiple strategic initiatives as business priorities evolve.ย ย 
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of AccuWeather's go-to-market processes and marketing effectiveness.ย 

QUALIFICATIONSย 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.ย ย 
  • 4-7 years of experience in B2B Marketing, Industry Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, or Go-to-Market roles.ย ย 
  • Experience developing customer-facing marketing content and sales enablement materials.ย ย 
  • Strong understanding of enterprise buying processes and customer journeys.ย ย 
  • Excellent written communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.ย ย 
  • Experience managing multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously.ย ย 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate customer and market insights into actionable marketing programs.ย ย 

Preferred Qualifications:ย 

  • Experience supporting enterprise software, SaaS, APIs, data, AI, or technology solutions.ย ย 
  • Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot.ย ย 
  • Familiarity with AI-powered productivity and content development tools.ย ย 
  • Experience supporting webinars, conferences, customer advisory boards, or executive events.ย ย
