Customer Service Coordinator II - B2B Logistics
Position Overview:
The B2B Logistics Coordinator plays a key role in managing business client interactions, ensuring smooth logistics operations, and resolving service-related issues. This position requires strong organizational skills, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities. You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where multitasking and attention to detail are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Support & Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact for B2B clients, addressing service-related inquiries and providing logistics support.
  • Order & Shipment Tracking: Ensure timely and accurate tracking of shipments, collaborating with internal teams to resolve logistics challenges.
  • Process Documentation: Create and maintain playbooks, workflows, and best practices to optimize logistics operations.
  • Problem-Solving & Issue Resolution: Quickly identify and resolve service and supply chain issues, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with logistics, operations, and customer service teams to enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Daily Reporting & Data Management: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, shipment progress, and issue resolutions.

  • Supply Chain Background
  • Not a "must" but would be helpful as these Coordinators need to be comfortable with the flow of logistics and operations, with relation to facility location.
  • Multiple Software Systems
  • They don't need to know our exact tools, but the experience of having to learn new systems and navigate them to find your answer. Not to mention, be accurate with their findings or question something that sparks doubt.
  • Team environment but works independently.
  • We have good synergy, but the applicants experience in completing tasks as a group vs individual should be balanced. Knowing how to focus and prioritize tasks with potential distractions.
