Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to understand clients’ unique mental health challenges, leading to the establishment of personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver individual therapy tailored to each client's psychological needs, utilizing various treatment modalities to enhance personal development and resilience.
• Collaboratively set therapeutic goals with clients and monitor their progress, adapting treatment approaches as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Provide teletherapy sessions, making mental health care accessible to clients who may face logistical challenges in accessing in-person services.
• Maintain precise and thorough documentation to ensure compliance with ethical standards, helping to provide consistent and quality care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals and families dealing with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Your empathetic approach and ability to build trust will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate their challenges and facilitating their long-term recovery.

Qualifications

• Possession of an active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating the capacity to create secure and trusting relationships with clients.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively handle caseloads and administrative duties.
• A nonjudgmental approach with a focus on empathy and understanding in addressing clients’ experiences and concerns.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a therapeutic setting, preferably with families and couples.
• Experience with diverse populations and cultural competence in addressing varying client backgrounds and needs.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms to facilitate effective virtual therapy sessions.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
