H.E. McGonigal Buick GMC Cadillac is looking for an experienced, motivated Parts Manager to lead our Parts Department. If you have a proven background in General Motors parts operations, enjoy building strong teams, and thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do
  • Oversee all daily operations of the Parts Department
  • Manage inventory levels to maximize availability while controlling obsolescence
  • Lead, coach, and develop the parts team
  • Maintain excellent relationships with service technicians, advisors, wholesale customers, and vendors
  • Ensure accurate ordering, receiving, stocking, and returns
  • Monitor department profitability and key performance metrics
  • Maintain GM parts standards, policies, and warranty procedures
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to both retail and wholesale customers
Qualifications
  • Previous General Motors (GM) Parts Management or Parts Department leadership experience is required
