  • Work with GenAI platform teams to onboard CXO core engineering teams onto shared GenAI services, driving reuse, quality, and consistency.

AI World-Readiness & Global Quality
  • Enable world-ready GenAI features and agents by embedding internationalization, localization, and global quality requirements into GenAI services and workflows.
  • Define and evolve the GenAI Globalization Framework to support multilingual, quality-compliant GenAI experiences.
  • Partner with core teams to improve multilingual capability, correctness, safety, and global consistency.

Continuous Localization (CL) Platform Modernization & Stability
  • Support the modernization, stability, and scalable operation of the CL platform, including contributions to DevOps, monitoring, security, and operational reliability.
  • Develop CL workflows for LLM-based development, supporting localization of system prompts and GenAI-related UI content.
What you need to succeed
  • BS or MS or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  • Solid understanding of GenAI feature and agent development, including relevant technologies, architectures, and system design
  • Hands-on experience building or integrating GenAI-powered services using LLM-based workflows.
  • Strong background in web application development and modern software engineering practices.
  • Experience or interest in internationalization/localization, multilingual systems, or global product development.
