Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
Applications for this position will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
6 Month Contract through Dec 31st, 2026
The Experience
The Recruiting Enablement Operations Contractor role is part of the Global Recruiting Enablement (GRE) team at Salesforce. GRE is a group of enablement professionals, instructional designers, and operations specialists who equip our global recruiting organization with the knowledge, tools, and resources they need to hire the best talent in the world. In this role, you will be the operational engine of our team during a critical coverage period - owning the day-to-day execution that keeps our enablement programs running smoothly and directly freeing our senior team to focus on high-impact program design and delivery.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
  • Lead the full content audit and migration from our legacy course tracker (ACT) to Trailhead, tracking progress and deactivating legacy courses once migration is confirmed complete.
  • Serve as the primary operations owner of the Global Recruiting Onboarding program - managing learning assignments, audience lists, Welcome Call logistics, and slide deck updates across all new hire cohorts.
  • Own content maintenance across all enablement tracks, including monitoring tech stack releases (Workday, TRM, GoodTime, HackerRank) and deprecating all legacy Highspot links across every course, document, and video.
  • Pull and analyze registration, attendance, and completion data across all learning modalities and build communications journeys to drive participation - surfacing insights to keep program decisions data-informed.

You're Our Person If...
  • You have 2+ years of experience in learning operations, recruiting operations, enablement coordination, or a related field.
  • You have strong project management skills and a track record of managing multiple workstreams simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • You have experience pulling and analyzing learning or program metrics such as registration, completion, and attendance rates.
  • You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Even Better If...
  • You have prior experience in a recruiting or HR enablement environment.
  • You are familiar with Salesforce recruiting tools such as Workday, TRM, GoodTime, or HackerRank.
  • You have experience with AI-powered learning tools, microlearning platforms, or video creation tools such as Synthesia.
  • You have explored Trailhead, are obsessed with the platform, and are ready to hit the ground running building and publishing your own trails.

Unleash Your Potential
When you join Salesforce, you'll be limitless in all areas of your life. Our benefits and resources support you to find balance and be your best, and our AI agents accelerate your impact so you can do your best. Together, we'll bring the power of Agentforce to organizations of all sizes and deliver amazing experiences that customers love. Apply today to not only shape the future - but to redefine what's possible - for yourself, for AI, and the world.
Accommodations
If you need a reasonable accommodation during the application or the recruiting process, please submit a request via this Accommodations Request Form.
Please note that Salesforce uses artificial intelligence (AI) tools to help our recruiters assess and evaluate candidates' resumes and qualifications throughout the recruiting process.
