TITLE: Business Development Manager

COMPENSATION: Competitive Salary + Bonus

LOCATION: El Dorado, AR


DUTIES OF RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within target accounts.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with maintenance managers, turnaround managers, reliability engineers, project managers, operations leadership, and procurement professionals.
  • Generate and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, referrals, and customer engagement.
  • Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand client needs and present value-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with operations, estimating, and leadership teams to develop proposals and service solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and service agreements while maintaining profitability objectives.
  • Maintain accurate opportunity tracking, forecasting, and customer activity within Salesforce CRM.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer spending initiatives to identify growth opportunities.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, trade shows, and networking functions.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of business development, account management, or technical sales experience within the industrial services sector.
  • Demonstrated success selling into refining, petrochemical, chemical, power, or heavy industrial markets.
  • Experience utilizing Salesforce CRM for pipeline management, opportunity tracking, and forecasting.
  • Proven ability to develop new business while growing existing customer relationships.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
