Senior Program Manager - CIO Strategy and Operations - CPSP
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Program Manager to join the CIO Strategy and Operations team. This role is ideal for a seasoned leader who thrives in complex, cross-functional environments and is passionate about driving transformation across commercial systems. You will lead high-impact programs that span multiple business domains and technologies, enabling simplification, standardization, and technology-enabled modernization of commercial systems.
This is a high-visibility role that requires strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and program execution skills. While your initial assignment would be within the Commercial Processes and Systems Program (CPSP), this position is designed to flex across strategic initiatives as business needs evolve.
About the Role
As a Senior Program Manager, you will:
  • Lead strategic programs from initiation through execution, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and measurable outcomes.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across a wide range of business functions, engaging stakeholders from across the organization to ensure alignment and successful program execution
  • Translate business strategy into actionable program plans, managing scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and benefits realization.
  • Champion system and process simplification and standardization, ensuring outcomes are automation-ready and customer-centric.
  • Establish and maintain governance structures, operating rhythms, and stakeholder communication plans.
  • Monitor program performance using KPIs such as cycle time, quality metrics, customer experience, and financial impact.
  • Guide and mentor project managers and workstream leads, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise standards, policies, and design principles.
About You

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in program or portfolio management, ideally in a matrixed, global organization.

  • Deep understanding of project and program management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).
  • Strong business acumen and ability to connect strategy to execution.
  • Exceptional communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with software development life cycles and technology-enabled process design.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in complex environments.

The base compensation range varies across locations.For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $100,100 USD - $185,900 USD.Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
