What You'll Do

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Human Resources & Administration, the HR Manager will support domestic and international HR operations with a primary focus on global mobility, recruiting, employee support, and international travel coordination. This position serves as a key point of contact for employees located in South Korea, Japan, and the United States and requires regular collaboration across multiple time zones. Specifically, you will:

  • Manage SOFA status applications, renewals, privileging requirements, and international relocation processes.
  • Coordinate immigration, work authorization, and international assignment documentation.
  • Support full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate international travel arrangements and maintain travel compliance documentation.
  • Serve as a primary HR contact for employees across APAC and U.S. regions.
  • Maintain employee records and process HR transactions within the HRIS.
  • Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle activities.
  • Assist with employee relations matters and policy interpretation.
  • Conduct HR compliance audits and maintain personnel documentation.
  • Track required training completions and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with employee engagement and recognition initiatives.
  • Prepare reports and analyze HR metrics related to recruiting, mobility, and workforce trends.
  • Partner with management to deliver a positive employee experience.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Whats Required

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant years of experience
  • 2-5 years of HR Generalist, Recruiting, Global Mobility, Immigration, or Employee Relations experience.
  • Experience supporting international employees preferred.
  • Experience with SOFA, immigration, relocation, military-affiliated populations, or overseas assignments strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with BambooHR, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • SHRM-CP or PHR preferred.
  • This position supports employees across the United States, South Korea, and Japan. The expected work schedule is approximately 2:00 PM10:00 PM EST or 3:00 PM11:00 PM EST to provide business-hour coverage across multiple regions.
  • Some travel required.

The annual base salary range for this role is $70,459 - $87,579 (USD) , which does not include discretionary annual bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
