Job Description Summary

The MR Global Clinical Training Leader works closely with cross-functional MR teams to develop and deliver high-quality training programs that support new product introductions, clinical adoption, and knowledge transfer across the organization. This role serves as a clinical subject matter expert for Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), partnering with engineering, product management, applications, marketing, and regional training teams to create effective educational content and learning experiences. In addition to supporting product development efforts, the Global Clinical Training Leader ensures knowledge transfer occurs prior to product launch and collaborates with global stakeholders to prepare field applications and commercial teams for successful product adoption. This role will also help identify the clinical value of new applications, support clinical development initiatives, and contribute to the advancement of MRI education globally. Job Description Legal

Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas for this position. Must be able to work onsite 3 days per week out of our Waukesha, WI location.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead internal New Product Introduction (NPI) training programs for GE HealthCare colleagues.
  • Partner with engineering and product development teams to create training plans that support successful NPI rollouts.
  • Lead engaging in-person and virtual training sessions for field applications, sales, marketing, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure high-quality MR training is delivered consistently across global teams.
  • Create educational materials and learning experiences for both internal GE HealthCare teams and external customer audiences.
  • Support handoff and knowledge transfer activities with regional MR training teams to ensure successful global adoption of new products and applications.
  • Build strong relationships with regional teams to drive collaboration and continuous improvement of training programs.
  • Serve as an MRI clinical subject matter expert, helping evaluate and communicate the clinical value of new products, features, and applications.
  • Create, edit, and maintain high-quality educational content and training materials.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to adapt training content and educational strategies for diverse regional audiences.
  • Support additional clinical development initiatives and cross-functional projects as needed.
Required Qualifications
  • Certified Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) with MRI certification or global equivalent.
  • Demonstrated expertise as an MRI clinical subject matter expert with the ability to evaluate, explain, and teach advanced MRI applications and clinical workflows.
  • Experience performing MR procedures across a variety of clinical applications.
  • Minimum of 5 years of MRI experience.
  • Experience developing and delivering clinical education, training programs, or instructional content for healthcare professionals.
  • Experience presenting complex clinical or scientific information to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to present complex material while maintaining a professional image and credibility.
  • Ability to travel approximately 10–20%.
Desired Characteristics
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • 10+ years of experience in the medical imaging or healthcare industry.
  • MRI Applications Specialist or Clinical Applications experience.
  • Experience supporting New Product Introductions (NPI), product launches, clinical validation, or commercialization activities.
  • Experience collaborating across global teams and adapting educational content for international audiences.
  • X-ray, CT, or Nuclear Medicine experience.
  • Previous GE HealthCare experience.
  • Previous teaching, training, or adult-learning experience.
  • Competitive industry knowledge and understanding of the medical imaging landscape.
  • Knowledge of global MR user needs outside of the United States.
  • Experience communicating scientific data through presentations, posters, publications, or other professional forums.
