Job Description

This position exists to provide essential support to the claims process to ensure corporate client expectations are consistently met. Responsibilities include communicating with providers and our clients to obtain and deliver information required for the processing of a claim or for financial decisions of a claim. Position also requires managing network specific tasks, monitoring and supporting a diverse portfolio of corporate clients and other internal stakeholders or areas cross sites.  

KSA (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities/Attitudes) 

  • Knowledge of various international healthcare services and medical billing practices. 
  • Comfort with Microsoft suite of products. 
  • Principles of good customer experience. 
  • Ability to work independently, organize, prioritize, and multitask. 
  • Attention to detail. 
  • Interpersonal skills and effective written and spoken communication. 

Requirements and Qualifications 

  • Post-Secondary Education or equivalent  
  • Minimum of two years of work experience in customer service or telecommunication  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
