The Opportunity

Own and continuously enhance the Demand Planning process for the BYREDO brand across the North American market. Partner with local and global teams to develop accurate demand forecasts, translate market intelligence into actionable insights, and ensure product availability across a growing luxury fragrance and beauty business. Reporting to the Senior Demand Planning Manager, Niche, you will play a key role in the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, helping to align demand, inventory, and commercial strategies while driving informed business decisions and supporting the brand's continued growth in the region.

What you'll get to do
  • Continuously improve planning processes for the BYREDO brand by leveraging expertise, building new capabilities, adapting to business changes, and benchmarking best practices across brands and markets
  • Lead the BYREDO workstream within the Niche Collective S&OP process, ensuring alignment between brand demand plans, portfolio objectives, supply strategies, and commercial priorities
  • Analyze market dynamics, including seasonality, competitive activity, consumer trends, and sales objectives, to drive value-added forecast recommendations and adjustments
  • Own inventory performance and future inventory projections, ensuring alignment with sell-out plans and evolving consumer demand
  • Drive forecast accuracy and demand plan execution to support financial and operational targets
  • Partner with Supply Planning to proactively adjust plans based on opportunities, constraints, and changing business needs
  • Provide visibility into short- and long-term sales forecasts for the Global Demand Planning team
  • Monitor and manage key performance indicators, including Forecast Accuracy, Inventory Costs, Service Levels, and Forecast Bias
  • Lead and evolve U.S. Demand Planning initiatives to support the growth and complexity of the niche and luxury fragrance business
  • Serve as a strategic cross-functional partner to Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Logistics, and Finance, providing actionable demand insights and recommendations
  • Evaluate shipment trends, sell-through performance, seasonality, and inventory health to inform forecasting decisions and leadership recommendations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support product launches, develop demand forecasts, align assumptions, manage timelines, and ensure operational readiness
  • Communicate significant forecast changes, risks, opportunities, and scenario projections; review supply updates and manage corresponding forecast revisions
We'd love to meet you if you have
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Economics, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, or a related discipline
  • Proven experience forecasting demand within the U.S. market
  • Experience working with planning systems such as SAP IBP or similar demand planning tools
  • Beauty industry experience preferred; fragrance, cosmetics, or other launch-intensive consumer goods experience is a plus
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office to support reporting, analysis, and planning activities
  • Experience working within SAP or comparable ERP systems to support forecasting and operational execution
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment while also operating independently
  • Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, and commitment to continuous improvement and learning

Compensation Data

As required by New York State's salary transparency law, effective November 2022, the expected base salary for this position ranges from $110,000.00 - $120,000.00. Various factors are considered when extending offers, such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure. In addition to the base salary, PUIG offers a competitive benefits package that includes health and dental insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, 401K, paid holidays, a generous paid time-off policy, hybrid work environment, and career opportunities within a dynamic team.
