Join onsemi as an Account Manager and become a trusted advisor to one of our key customers, driving growth, innovation, and long-term business success. In this customer-facing sales role, you will own the account strategy, cultivate relationships across all levels of the customer's organization, and identify new opportunities to expand onsemi's presence. Working closely with Field Application Engineers, Business Units, and global support teams, you will lead demand creation activities, secure new design wins, and deliver revenue growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven sales professional who enjoys building strong partnerships, navigating complex business environments, and making a direct impact on the success of both the customer and onsemi.

Performance Objectives

  • Develop and execute Sales Business Plans and Strategies to maximize revenue growth, increase market share, and position the company as a strategic supplier at a key assigned customer.
  • Present business plans to management and Business Units for alignment and support. 
  • Manage and coordinate global support through ON's sales and engineering network. Understand customers' global supply-chain and 3rd party partner network. 
  • Develop and establish strong cooperative relationships with all levels of the customers' organization and departments.
  • Lead new business demand creation with Field Application Engineers and Business Units to secure successful design win penetrations at customers R&D and design centers. 
  • Work closely and support Business Units on competitive analysis, market intelligence and pricing negotiations. 
  • Provide timely and accurate demand forecasts and close loop communication to ensure smooth support and responsiveness to customers.

4+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of winning designs and supporting multi-national customers

Professional attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interface directly with the different levels of onsemi and the customers' organization.

Must be self-starter capable of conducting assignments independently, reviewing own progress and providing on-going updates to management.

onsemi is excited to share the base salary range for this position is $102,575 to $179,600. The range is exclusive of fringe benefits, sales incentives, or potential bonuses. The final pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location, skills, education, experience, and/or consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
