Job Summary
We are seeking an Automotive Glass Installer to join our team! Looking for a seasoned auto glass installer with at least 5 years experience. Must have reliable transportation and have a good work ethic. As an Automotive Glass Installer, you will be installing glass in our shop or on the road, depending on what we need, according to work flow. Must be well rounded to work on a variety of vehicles, juggling multiple appointments or vehicles in a single day, and performing replacements or repairs with the utmost precision and care, with the safety of our customers in mind. We pride ourselves on taking care of our customer's vehicles as if they were our own. The ideal candidate has strong auto glass installation skills, a neat clean appearance, experience working with automotive glass that can work independently as needed and also works well within a team environment.
Responsibilities
  • Pre-Inspection of customer vehicles for damage prior to auto glass repair
  • Install glass per manufacturer recommendations, while maintaining a clean and safe work environment
  • Maintain an excellent rapport with customers, coworkers and management
  • Work with other Auto Glass Installers, supervisors and service advisors to keep every job on track, and provide an excellent customer experience
Qualifications
  • Excellent auto glass installation skills
  • At least 5 years of Previous automotive glass experience desired
  • Strong attention to detail
  • The ability to work on your feet for long periods and lift heavy objects, up to 50 pounds
