Office Manager – Coordinate Operations and Lead Customer Service Excellence

Salary/Pay Rate: $40,000 to $50,000 per year plus Year-End Bonus.

Location: Saint Cloud, FL.

Job/Employment Type: Full Time.

Schedule: Monday - Friday.

Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: None Required.


The Opportunity

You will serve as the professional face and operational heart of our Company, managing the critical intersection of customer relations and office logistics. This role empowers you to streamline branch operations and ensure every client receives the high-standard service our family-oriented company is known for. You will play a vital part in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency that drives our continued growth.


How You Will Make an Impact

  • Direct all incoming customer interactions with professionalism, serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries.
  • Execute precise order processing and payment collections to ensure seamless financial and project workflows.
  • Coordinate inventory levels and return authorizations to maintain branch operational excellence.
  • Manage account documentation and client files with a high degree of mathematical accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Support field operations by facilitating clear communication between customers and the installation teams.
  • Resolve complex customer service issues with patience and care to uphold the company’s reputation.


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of office management, administrative, or high-level customer service experience within the glass, glazing, window, or construction-related industry.
  • Prior experience in the glass industry is required; candidates must understand basic glass, glazing, window, or installation terminology and workflows.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Strong mathematical proficiency for processing payments, orders, measurements, and basic construction-related calculations.
  • Proven ability to coordinate office operations while supporting field crews, installers, customers, and vendors.
  • Experience handling order processing, customer documentation, payment collection, scheduling, and service communication in a fast-paced office environment.

  • Demonstrated self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in office software and digital account management systems.
  • Personable communication style with a track record of building strong client relationships.
