Automotive Glass Tech
Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused and highly driven Automotive Glass Tech. The Automotive Glass Tech will perform chip repairs and, if needed, remove and replace broken front and rear windshields.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (including but not limited to)
  • Assess condition of customer and dealership windshields and advise on proper fix
  • Be able to follow proper protocol for fixing and/or replacing windshields
  • Be able to follow the proper process for receiving shipments of glass and returning glass
  • Keeping inventory of everything on-hand and what is needed
  • Be able to dictate and properly document all critical information into Repair Orders, notes, etc.
  • Attend department meetings as needed
  • Maintain a professional appearance and neat work area
  • Exude a strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication
  • Maintain honesty and integrity while performing all job duties
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and codes of conduct

QUALIFICATIONS, CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
  • A valid, unrestricted driver's license (you must be insurable)
  • Maintain a clean, acceptable, safe driving record
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screening requirements which include a drug screen, a background check and a Motor Vehicle Report
  • Be able to read and comprehend instructions and information in the English language

AGSC and AGC certifications are preferred but not necessary.
