What is a glass apprenticeship?

A glass apprenticeship is a structured training program that combines on-the-job learning with classroom instruction to teach individuals the skills needed to work with glass. Apprentices learn how to cut, install, and repair various types of glass in settings such as windows, doors, storefronts, and vehicles. The program typically lasts several years and is supervised by experienced glass professionals, allowing apprentices to earn while they learn.
